At Looprompt, all digital prompt packages are delivered instantly and are non-tangible. Because of this, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
By purchasing any prompt package on Looprompt, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Once your payment is processed, you will not be eligible for a refund—even if you do not use the package.
In the rare event you successfully pay but do not receive your purchased prompt package due to a system or technical error, please contact our support team within 48 hours. We will investigate and ensure you receive the content you purchased.
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider after a purchase—despite our “no refunds” policy—Looprompt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke access to any prompt packages you have received.
